The Enterprise selling motion has shifted and the buyers are in more control of their own journeys. A Pandemic, GenAI disruption and Grow with Profitability focus has forced companies to relook at their GTM motions. Companies need a Digital Journey for their buyers, one that brings a strong POV with your value prop to smarter buyers that highlight the outcomes/value they can achieve. Buyer Enablement (Demo Automation) needs to be in Every.Single.Companies GTM playbook if they want to effectively sell in the market we are currently living in.
