It’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. As the world accelerates, it is more important than ever to reflect on small changes that can have a big impact. According to Mind, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. In every aspect of our lives, both in and outside of work, we should be kind and supportive to each other. This week, and every week, look after yourself by doing something that might help you and those around you: Whether that’s meeting a friend for a coffee to talk ☕️ Stepping out into nature 🌳 Or finding time for your favourite hobby 📚 Adopt a healthy lifestyle: balanced diet, regular exercise and sleep schedule. And most importantly be kind to yourself. I find mindfullness to be helpful and you?
