“To be or not to be—that is the question” is the first line of the most famous speech in Shakespeare’s Hamlet.
Hamlet is based on a Norse legend composed by Saxo Grammaticus around 1200 AD. The sixteen books that comprise his History of the Danes, tell of the rise and fall of the great rulers of Denmark. The tale of Amleth, Saxo’s Hamlet, is recounted in books three and four.
Shakespeare composed Hamlet, a story about honor and revenge, in early 1600. It became an instant hit, and its popularity grew steadily.
As Shakespeare’s play opens, Hamlet is mourning his father, who has been killed, and lamenting the behavior of his mother, Gertrude, who married his uncle Claudius within a month of his father’s death. The ghost of his father appears to Hamlet, informs him that he was poisoned by Claudius, and commands Hamlet to avenge his death.

Paraphrasing Shakespeare’s Hamlet, for our customers “To invest in young animal nutrition or not to invest, that is the question.” And to be honest, we already know the answer.
Young animals are vulnerable because their immune system is still developing. Early life nutrition plays a critical role in developing immunity, promoting efficient weight gain, and reducing mortality. That explains our tagline: A good start makes all the difference.
