Context is the new flavour for Next India. Small Batch's latest campaign 'At the Table' garnered 10K organic views 120+ shares in under 30 hours of launch. All because we tapped squarely into a simple truth: memorable food experiences happen in relatable contexts. We shifted the narrative from 'Here's another gourmet sauce' to 'Here's how your next Friday night soirée becomes unforgettable.' When building a gourmet brand for Next India, setting the stage matters as much as the hero product. The consumer isn't looking for fantasy; no mad hatter tea parties or dining with the Kardashians, they're looking for a better reality. You give them that and metrics follow naturally. #ScaleSauce #SmallBatch #NewCampaign #MarketInsights #AtTheTable #NextIndia Yogi Vashishta | Ruman Agarwal | Amit Dalmia | AmritKaur Bhatia | Raashi Singhi

Here's an interesting insight from the "eating out" industry in India. Had come across this brilliant chart while working on the GrowthX® capstone project - curating Growth Strategies - for the product EazyDiner. What took me by surprise were some of the below insights: 1. Almost 16% of folks are eating heavy / hard to digest junk - pizzas, naans, fried rice etc late in the night - concerning and also a boon for the healthcare industry. :) - possibly due to late work hours or social gatherings. 2. Dinner is a significant meal for socializing and going out, possibly due to the convenience of going out after work or daily activities. 3. South Indian Breakfast >>>> everything else. What did you observe? #eatingout #restaurant #food #cuisines

Last evening at The Hindu Lit for Life Dialogue, I had the privilege of being part of a conversation with Ruth Dsouza Prabhu and Prabalika Borah about how dining has evolved in India and what it truly represents. For me, food has always been about bringing people together. Whether it’s a simple vada pav or an elaborate fine dining experience, food has the power to spark joy and create lasting memories. But behind the scenes, there’s a reality many don’t see. Passionate food startups often struggle—not because the ideas aren’t great, but because running a food business takes more than just passion. It’s about understanding the balance between creativity and sustainability, the art of building not just a menu, but an experience. We also explored how Indian cuisine is finally making waves internationally—a moment of pride for all of us. Yet, the question remains: how do we make these culinary experiences more inclusive and accessible to everyone, from fine dining to street food? Food connects, inspires, and builds bridges across cultures and communities. These are the stories worth sharing, the conversations worth having. What does food mean to you? Is it a connection, an adventure, or something more? #india #hospitality #leadership #culture #food #future #community

People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it. In Start with Why, Simon Sinek says successful businesses don’t just sell products - they sell a purpose. It’s their reason that inspires loyalty. The Bombay Canteen isn’t just about serving Indian food. Their purpose? To celebrate the diversity of India’s cuisine, culture, and people. This is what sets them apart. Every dish tells a story, connecting people to the heart of India. They don’t just serve meals - they live their why. And that’s why they stand out. #startwithwhy #bombaycanteen #purpose #simonsinek #thegoldencircle

🌟 My #TellYourStory Journey with Orkla India 🌟 Life is made of moments, and for me, many of those moments have been enriched by Orkla India’s products, especially through MTR Foods. From hearty breakfasts to quick meal fixes during hectic days, their offerings have been my go-to for convenience, quality, and taste. One memory that stands out is during my #CAT Preparation days when time was always in short supply. Preparing for exams along with a job often meant late nights, and MTR’s ready-to-eat options became lifesavers. The ready-to-eat Dal Makhani paired with hot rice or their Paneer Butter Masala was my go-to for quick, delicious meals that felt just like home. These products didn’t just save time; they brought back a sense of home and authentic flavors to my bachelor's life. Even today, MTR Foods plays a big role in my routine. From their Gulab Jamun Mix that brightens up celebrations to their Rasam Powder, which brings authentic flavors to the house, their products are more than just food. They’re experiences that connect me to my roots. This is why I’m excited to be part of Orkla India’s #TellYourStory initiative, a campaign that celebrates genuine connections and everyday moments. For me, it’s a chance to reflect on how these products have not just met my needs but enriched my journey in ways that truly matter. #TellYourStory #OrklaIndia #MTRFoods #AuthenticFlavors #EverydayConnections #StudentJourney #CreativeChallenge #PositiveImpact #YourFriendInEverydayLife
