Excited to announce the completion of our new training center in our South Dakota location! At SSA, our number one priority is ensuring that our team provides the highest quality service to our valued customers. This facility is equipped with a training cleanroom, certifiable primary controls (biosafety cabinets and isolators) and a classroom for 15 people. SSA hosted a select group of technicians for a rigorous four-day training camp focused on all CETA guides and USP standards, culminating in the CNBT examination. SSA Is Now Proudly Employee Owned! Last Friday, SSA officially issued stock certificates to all SSA employees, marking our transformation into an employee-owned company. This development embodies our deep commitment to the shared success of our awesome teammates. All future employees will become owners too. SSA keeps growing! Today, we announced our acquisition of AT Analytical and welcome Tony Lee and the whole ATA team to SSA. Founded in 1998 by Angela and Tony Lee and based in Baltic, South Dakota, ATA is an ISO-certified leading controlled environment certification provider and microbiology laboratory to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life-science customers across the Midwest. The company also provides maintenance, repair, and calibration of scientific instruments. With CSI, Gerbig Certification, and AT Analytical, SSA is now the 2nd largest independently owned controlled environment certification in the United States and the largest company in the Midwest. ATA employees received signing bonuses and will become equity owners of SSA. As an organization, we’ve quadrupled in size in less than a year! We're actively hiring new technicians and our first sales representative. As an employee-owned organization, everybody's along for the ride.
