Men & Women of Birmingham Here's one thing to help you get and maintain the best results possible This is so simple, yet so few remember to do it in pursuit of what they really want. What I'm talking about is actually enjoying what you're doing... There's a well-known saying: "The man who loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination." It's true! Think about anytime that you've quit before and the reasons for doing so. Now imagine you were having fun at those times in the process! It would be a completely different outcome altogether. I'd even bet to say you'd still be doing it now. You don't have to motivate me to watch a film or play with my dog because I love those things. The main point being - when it's fun - you won't have to rely on motivation so much. So whatever that looks like: Fun in activity; dance 💃, swim 🏊, skip, run 🏃, lift 🏋️, yoga 🧘, box 🥊, cycle 🚴, climb 🧗, tennis 🎾, badminton 🏸, bowling 🎳. Use and enjoy your body. It doesn't have to be whatever someone else says. For the members of More Life, we're a social bunch so we find fun in chatting 💬, and generally having a laugh 😄. There's a balance, as running your mouth isn't burning that many calories haha! But they turn up wind, rain or shine every time :) Hope this helps you! & If you want details on how else we keep the sessions and process fun, different and engaging while dropping fat and building muscle, DM me 'FUN' now. #AdherenceTips #FunFitness #EnjoyYourBody #HealthyLifestyle #FitnessMotivation #MotivationTips #ExerciseEnjoyment #WorkoutFun #FitnessJourney #HealthyHabits #FitnessInspiration #FunWorkouts #FitnessCommunity #MindBodyWellness #ActiveLifestyle #FitFam #ExerciseMotivation #WorkoutTips #FitnessGoals

Did you know today, February 22, is National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day? I've shared this a few times before, but growing up I was big into dance. I started in recreational classes, quickly moved to competitive, and then to perform on a few semi-pro teams. Now, while I still take dance classes, I'm big on the gym. Being active whether that's organized sports or just being active in your way is insanely important. It not only improves your physical health but it also improves your mental health. How do you stay active? How do your kids stay active? #NationalRecreationalSportsandFitnessDay #Sports #Fitness #HRProfessional #TalentAcquisition #Recruiter

It's about understanding the gym environment, setting realistic expectations, and finding joy in the process of getting fit. 🌟📅 I've tried to keep the tone light, positive, and inspirational, with the aim of encouraging without judgment. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out, I believe there's something in this post for everyone. 🤗✨ So, if you're curious or looking for that nudge to kickstart your fitness journey, I invite you to give it a read. 'Thanks to the strength training, I had so much more stability when playing football with my son.' ... is what one of my clients shared with me during our training session. It's a powerful testament to how the work we do in the weight room translates into greater enjoyment in our everyday activities, including sports. I understand that not everyone enjoys lifting weights or exercising, but imagine the benefits: feeling great in your daily life, having fun playing with your kids, and trusting your knees and back. These are universal desires, aren't they? So, if lifting weights can help you achieve these goals, isn't it worth investing in for all the joy and fulfillment life has to offer? #personaltraining #personaltrainer #copenhagen #fitness #health #rehabilitation #painfree #onlinecoaching
