Counter offers are an increasingly common part of the recruitment process! On the one hand, they can be flattering and can show an employer's commitment to keeping a valuable employee. On the other hand, they can be a source of frustration and confusion, leading to a drawn-out recruitment process. When considering a counter offer, it is important to assess the wider picture. Factors such as career progression, job security, working environment, and benefits should all be taken into account. Ultimately, your decision should come down to what is best for you, both in the short and the long-term. Recently, I have experienced a significant increase in these situations with candidates. Talk about topics which are related to the applicant’s specialty stop acting smart but the fact is you are not also stay away from stories that are not applicable and are fictional use realistic - relevant scenarios try to be professional see how simple is that just act the way you should to be as an HR representative.
