Sitting on the panel for the VIBE Middle Leaders presentations is always a humbling and inspiring experience. Today, I had the privilege of hearing delegates reflect on their practitioner enquiries and the incredible leadership journeys they’ve undertaken. It’s a moment that reminds me of the profound impact this programme has on individuals—not just as leaders but as people. As the facilitator of VIBE, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day delivery of workshops, coaching, and planning. But during presentations like these, the delegates themselves remind you of the true ripple effects of this programme. They spell out, in their own words, how much they’ve grown—whether it’s letting go of control, building trust, or stepping into those all-important, yet challenging, conversations with confidence. What struck me most today was the shared journey of self-awareness and transformation.
