IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY Of course we all want to be successful but my recruiters tell more attorneys to stay put, than anyone in the profession. Why? Because that's often what is best for them. And we won't make a deal, if the only benefit is our commission. We will only coordinate a move if it truly benefits everyone involved. The attorney (or group or smaller firm) come first. People before profits. Of course, the client has to benefit too - which they do. Only after we're sure everyone else is truly going to benefit, do we benefit. Our corporate motto is "All ships rise with the tide. We will not endeavor to have the biggest ship. We will be the tide."
