Do NOT stop doing something that's working because either A) Someone told you it shouldn't work or B) there is a new flashy thing that MIGHT work better. But, you should experiment with it. - Don't fire you mid-market team because you want to move up market. Do experiment by hiring an enterprise rep. - Don't fire your BDR team because you want to focus on community building. Do hire a community building expert to experiment. - Don't quite cold calling because pickup rates have dropped. Do experiment with alternative methods of reaching people. Life isn't binary. Run an experiment. If it works, accelerate and find alignment across your new and old channels. These methodologies work together if done right.

I didn’t want to just post a canned “we are #hiring!” because I don’t think the “why you should join this fantastic company” would shine through enough in that. I want to tell you why I am here. I love my job and so much of that energy stems from working at such an incredible company. Remote product manager opening. Why aren’t you getting more product manager interviews? There’s a pattern here folks of the types of roles hiring managers are positing for. I have been posting product manager roles nonstop and figured out one of the reasons you are not getting interviews is that your resume may not (MAY NOT) be tailored for the role, because you “think” you don’t have direct experience.
