In December, we had our first “𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫: 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭” webinar series, a collaboration between #SHONA and Stage Six Inc. Our mission is to empower growth enterprises to scale their businesses and amplify their impact through storytelling and learning from other’s experiences. In our first session, we were privileged to have Jibu Inc. and Endiro Coffee share invaluable insights from their growth journeys. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝: ➡️Jibu exemplifies this principle by setting clear standards, metrics, and SOPs for four crucial pillars: product/service quality, customer service, sales, and operations. Through robust communication channels such as training, written agreements, and management reporting, Jibu ensures alignment across its personnel, including staff and franchisees. ➡️The standards set by Jibu focus on essentials that deliver value to customers, reduce costs, and safeguard the brand. Franchisees receive guidance while having the flexibility to adapt operations to their unique markets and customers. ➡️Jibu doesn't just stop at setting standards; it establishes compelling incentives and penalties to foster a culture of accountability. High-performing franchises are rewarded through quality compliance audits and customer satisfaction surveys. Simultaneously, poor performers face consequences, including cash penalties or license termination for persistent non-compliance. ➡️The consistent implementation of this system builds a robust culture supporting quality, consistency, sales, and an unparalleled customer experience. 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒕𝒔:  ⏩Jibu can efficiently assure quality and consistency across over 175 franchisee locations in 8 countries. ⏩Jibu can communicate its performance expectations when recruiting staff and franchisees and assess the capability of prospective staff/franchisees to meet these expectations. ⏩Jibu’s systems and communications reinforce these expectations, which fosters a culture of accountability among staff and franchisees. #BusinessGrowth #SocialImpact #Entrepreneurship #Business #Entrepreneurs #Networks
