In January 2024, I began sharing snippets from my keynote on "Women's Leadership Development and the Glass Ceiling Paradox." On March 8th, International Women's Day, I shared the final segment. As March is celebrated as Women's Month, this year's powerful theme is "Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion."
