Be careful who you hire as #waiting #staff! 🤦♂️Bad energy would always take your business 10 steps backwards. Especially when padded up with annoying refusal to learn! 🍽️It takes a lot of beautiful smiles and quality #communication to keep a customer coming! As simple as; 1. "I apologize for the delay. Let me check on your order." 2. "I understand you're unhappy with your meal. How can I make it right?" 3. "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible." 4. "I appreciate your patience. We're working to resolve the problem." 5. "I'll be happy to offer any further need you may have at the course of your meal sir." 6. Etc. can go a long way to entertain your staff. Such practice can only evolve from happy, motivated and confident staff. 👩🍳Please always hire right!
