Silver X Mining is pleased to announce its operating results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2024 at the Company's Nueva Recuperada property in Peru. Silver X Mining Corp (TSX-V:AGX, OTC:WRPSF) announced that it achieved steady production during the fourth quarter at its Nueva Recuperada #silver-#gold-#zinc-#lead property in Peru. The company restarted operations at the mine on September 19, 2023, and during the fourth quarter, it processed 354,205 ounces of silver equivalent, a 193% increase sequentially. Production was 292,380 ounces of silver equivalent, down slightly from 302,386 ounces of silver equivalent in the year-ago quarter. The company continues to ramp up production at the project in tandem with infill activities and cost reduction strategies, it highlighted. Resource Mining Corporation Limited (ASX:RMI) director Trevor Matthews joins Proactive to discuss high-grade #copper #gold results from ongoing exploration at the #MpandaProject in Tanzania. Significant findings include rock chip samples with up to 6.97% copper and 17.97 g/t gold, and 6.93% copper with 6.54 g/t gold, collected from the Kabungu copper anomaly. Additionally, channel sampling at the Stalike anomaly showed promising results, including 1 metre at 2.3% copper, part of a 5-metre section averaging 1.13% copper. Two auger drill holes at Ndogo anomaly also indicated mineralised copper values, with samples including 1 metre at 0.20% and 0.21% copper. This supports the potential significant resource, as the copper anomaly extends over 5 kilometres along strike. Matador Mining's assay results from the initial batch of the RC drill program at the Malachite Project have identified two large, mineralised zones located west of #MZZ's high-priority O-2 target. This is an area where Matador previously defined two anomalous #gold and pathfinder occurrences in bedrock. RC #drilling has intersected significant anomalous gold and #copper from drillhole CRC0037 with assays of 627 ppb (0.63 g/t) gold and 1.99% copper only seven metres below surface and 224 ppb (0.2 g/t) gold a further metre below. This move aims to protect the country's metals, which are fundamental to global electrification and energy transitions. However, this decision is likely to impact the share prices and valuations of Canadian-based mining companies, including Lundin Mining, Teck Resources, Cameco, Ivanhoe Mines, First Quantum, and Hudbay Minerals.
