Diversification.
Diversification is a word that springs to mind almost immediately when it comes to investing.
Additionally, having a clear, decisive entry and exit strategy that has been tried and tested many times before reduced the risk of anything going wrong.
With a clear demand for UK holiday parks with international travel becoming increasingly expensive, especially for large families, these parks will see plenty of attention.
Buying at a discount, refurbishing to add value then selling to a finance company that needs the reliable steady yield to pay pensionable returns to institutional investors is a model that has worked for them in the past and will work again even better this time with further experience in the process.
Every step is controlled, well thought out and proven go be successful before so it has every chance to again.
I am investing in one of these parks with my own capital and bringing the opportunity to my close friends and clients.
