Singapore Airlines very well deserved! The values and the multi-generational hospitality that you offer in your airline is legendary. This award is what you own! Well done to the whole team!

Singapore Airlines You guys deserve more . To add on , I was once on a Paris Singapore bound flight before Covid , I was unwell and did not eat throughout the flight . The crew literally baby sitted me , checking regularly , forced me to eat even some fruits and even check on me the following day if I was ok . Nothing less than the best Airlines . I am a globally traveller and been on all the Skytrax world top airlines flights . What a great way to flight SQ !

Congratulations to the team on winning this award. However, I must share my recent disappointing experience with your cabin crew, which was far from award-worthy. During a flight, I specifically requested to be woken up for the in-flight service, but this was completely ignored. When I woke up, approximately 30 minutes before landing in Singapore, I politely inquired as to why I hadn’t been woken up, only to be told it was too late, and they could no longer serve me anything. To make matters worse, I asked for a simple glass of water, and even that was denied. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from an airline being recognized for its cabin crew. Such experiences seriously tarnish the reputation that awards like this are meant to highlight. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure no other passengers go through the same disappointing experience.

Terrible service! Our flight from Phuket to Singapore on the 30th was originally SQ735, but we were notified only 5 minutes in advance that it was canceled and changed to SQ731. If we hadn't arrived at the airport early, we would have been stranded. The gate information was also incorrect, and no staff member confirmed or guided us to the boarding gate from start to finish. Only 5 minutes to get through security and reach the gate! My flight was canceled without any reason, and no one asked if I agreed to the earlier flight or guided us to the gate! This is the service from Singapore Airlines!
