Apply here: https://lnkd.in/gdCW3T8Z As GameChanger’s Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the internal technical go-to for a fast growing technology company. In this role you will be responsible for incoming technical support requests and projects such as diagnosing and resolving technical issues, access requests, providing in person and virtual assistance, support software/hardware installation and configuration and more. You will ensure that technology systems function smoothly and that the GameChanger team is able to effectively utilize them to meet their needs. You will act as a bridge between users and the technical team at GameChanger and DICK’S Sporting Goods, helping to facilitate communication and problem resolution. You will work out of our Manhattan office 2-3 days a week and report to our IT Manager, the incredible Jovan G. Needs for this role: 💻 2+ Years of experience in IT support within start-up environments, particularly with Mac, Google Services and Chrome OS users. ⌨ Strong admin experience managing Google, Okta and macOS environments. (Okta is a must!) 💽 Experience in device management platforms. 🖥 Strong communication and problem solving skills. I highly recommend going through this source. Just a few tips I've found there: * Use "Keyplay Growth Signals" to filter good headcount growth. * Use "Remote Hiring" in conjunction with HQ Country, State, and City to determine if it's a fit for you. For example, filter US (United States) and Remote Hiring = Yes to find nationwide roles. But also, try filtering by your state (and maybe city) with Remote Hiring = No to find roles others can't get. * Use "Open Roles by Function" to include multiple functions. For example, my documentation folks may want to include "Product" and "Engineering" and "Customer Success" (cuz who knows where they'll put us). * Use the "Open Roles Found" in the same way as Roles by Function. Also, pay it forward: * There are 1109 records currently. If you see something that is no longer accurate in one of those records, submit a report. It's in the menu at the top. * If you know of a company NOT on the list, add them!! * If your company is hiring, add them!! Let's get every role filled and every person employed!

I recently signed a deal with a remote hiring platform. I ended up spending money with them for one reason. Speed. The best salespeople I’ve ever worked with all have one thing in common. It’s not intelligence or grit—though they have those, too. It’s speed. The best sellers are the fastest sellers. → Fast to reach out → Fast to follow up → Fast to disqualify bad deals The team at Omnipresent are in a competitive space, they all offer a similar products and a few bucks between them in price. I was in buying mode, we were hiring a candidate in Canada Dan Moran. I had already made the decision to buy. They did these things: Got me a demo first Followed up first Engaged me on a best and final price quickly Gave me a date when onboarding would finish I went through demos with a few other companies in the space but I had already been educated and positioned to by Omnipresent so I went with them, it was a huge indication of the post-sale value I would get from them. Speed is everything and costs nothing.
