We even put it in the name 😉  Now, we are thrilled to announce that we are officially certified as a woman-owned business through Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Transitioning from self-certification to formal recognition by WBENC underscores our commitment to celebrating diversity and excellence in all we do. We’re proud to have represented nearly 1 out of every 5 female-founded unicorns (woman-owned businesses with billion dollar valuations) from Stitch Fix to 23&Me. Small Girls, Big Ideas! Small Girls PR's bread and butter has always been cooking up forward-thinking ideas on behalf of our clients, but we apply just as much innovation to our recruitment and operations side as well. LinkedIn’s Daniel Roth spoke on The Today Show’s #BigIdeas2024 segment about how our firm has pioneered a new element to the recruitment process: paying a stipend for the time required to do test assignments for mid & senior-level roles where completing the assignment likely takes more than 1 hour of a candidate's time.
