After listing it on the market and receiving no interest, we’re pivoting and planning to submit a change-of-use application. If we pull this off, it’ll be a win-win for everyone involved! 🏠 Houses 1 & 2 Progress: We’ve just completed the 1st fix and installed the staircases – a big step forward! 💡 Challenges Ahead: All the houses need a mechanical ventilation system – something new to us. But, as always, we’ll tackle it head-on and figure it out. That’s the beauty of development: every project teaches you something new!
