In fact, these results can open doors to early and potentially life-saving screenings that might not be covered otherwise. You may be eligible to get early access to mammograms, cholesterol tests, or other preventive services if you have a higher risk of developing certain conditions! Panic Mode! We get it, we think nothing will happen to us, or don't know the consequences when something does. So can you protect your health with a pre-existing condition? Yes, you can! It is important to remember though, that health insurance will not cover pre-existing conditions, and generally related conditions and will only cover new, unrelated conditions. Make sure you speak to us to understand how this will work for you. Unfortunately, countless medical conditions could happen to us at any given time, so even if you do have a pre-existing condition, you may want to think about if another medical condition were to happen again. If you don't have a pre-existing condition though, don't leave it too late and go into panic mode. Make sure you are protected before it happens!
