August and September has seen Safety Champion Software cross the pacific to attend both the National Safety Council and American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Expositions. My learnings…from 350+ conversations: ✅ Functionality. Safety Champion’s module stack doesn’t just match, we exceed the “functionality” expectations from the conversations we had. ✅ Price. We’re shaking things up. It was our observation that local solutions are priced insanely high, resulting in a barrier to entry; especially at the small and medium end of town. In line with our mission, we’ve removing this objection. ✅ Survival. Once the accent puzzle was solved, the conversation often took a surprising turn to “Australian ‘things’ that kill you”. Spiders, snakes, drop bears. You’d be forgiven for expecting us to turn up in khaki next conference season! To all who stopped to speak with Dan, Ryan and I, + those that welcomed us into their network with open arms - thank you. …now the work beings. Looking forward to consolidating these relationships over the next 12-months, and watching them blossom into the future. Upwards! #safetychampion

That's why, during National Safety Week, we're starting with a key topic: taking personal ownership. It's not just about following the rules; it's about proactively identifying and addressing risks before they lead to incidents, and about accepting a greater level of responsibility for our safety and the safety of others.
