Happy National Nap Day! 😴 This unofficial sleep holiday dates back to 1999 and was selected because Americans are more 'nap-ready' than usual after losing an hour of sleep due to daylight saving time. But don't overdo it, think Power Nap! Just enough to give you a burst of alertness and energy to get you through the day. Healthy Nap Tips: 😴Keep them short. 10-30 minutes is best for productivity boosts. 😴Longer Naps should be a full 90 minutes (but keep them before 4pm to avoid interrupting night-time sleep) 😴Only use naps to offset sleep if you are not meeting your sleep need. Don't overdo it!
