Seetaram, This is Non Alcoholic and Vegetarian idea which can be put in place to raise funds for a Mandir/Organization. If you Support your Local Businesses they WILL Support your Fund Raising Events and Programs for your Mandirs/Organizations. When are we going set up Our Business Networking Groups within Every Mandir/Community? This is done in other Religions and Religious Communities. It is impossible to Maintain a Mandir, Our Culture and Traditions without Money/Financial support. Mandirs CANNOT survive on Aartie Collections, Sparing Donations, Membership Fees and Small Fund Raisers to the same people, because they will get overwhelmed to be constantly asked for Money. Please set up Business Networking Groups within the Mandir/Organization to get Businesses to Advertise and Sponsor Programs and even Donate/Give a Referral Fee for Jobs/Contracts received from Members and their Friends and Families. These Businesses can be charged an Affiliate Membership fee to place their Business Banners on the Fence, Business Cards in a Binder and to run their Information on the TV Screen when possible. It is an Advertising Cost of doing Business by the Business Owners. These Businesses can also help advertise and share information of the Mandir/Organization Events, Programs, Space Rental Information etc to their customers, as such increasing the chances of more new people Attending/Joining the Mandir/Organization. It is a Win, Win for everyone! Try it and you will see. Thank you. Jai Shri Krishna.

Living a generous life and being financially savvy can go hand-in-hand. Being smart about how you give can ultimately help you give more. Most people make donations via credit card or paper check. However, one fast-growing method for giving is donating appreciated stock. It’s an extremely tax-savvy way to give. If you’re a good candidate for stock giving but haven’t tried it yet, you could be missing out on substantial tax benefits. You can read more on how giving stock might be best for you below.

The logic was a business approach to business, the rationale in cold hard financial facts based on 12 years of real world 900 plus examples underpinning the proposal. The GB Athletes WILL multiply your donations to good causes. So in simple terms: Donate A GB Medallist to your chosen good cause. A small recent example of how this can work: The Autumn 2023 Crowdfunder Your Donated Places: £5034 (Includes private donations of places) Generated for Charity: £12135 (All kept by the Good Cause) Charities multiplied every Crowdfunded £1 by 241%. Moving can be overwhelming! It is so important to declutter first. Decluttering can benefit you even if you aren't planning to move. Here are some solutions to help you navigate what to do with your discarded items. Do you have time and could use some extra money? Sell items at a yard sale or online marketplace. No time? Donate or recycle as appropriate. Some time and some extra cash? Hire a disposal service. Some time but no extra cash? Contact local charities — some have removal services to benefit their thrift store. #themoreyouknow #Movingtips #windermererealestate #nygaardrealestategroup #cherylnygaardrealestate #Windermere #organizationhacks

Tip Tuesday: Downsizing? Decide if items should be sold or donated. When it comes to items in your home that you no longer need, ask yourself: Should this be SOLD or DONATED? If donated: Are you okay with your items going to a good cause? Consider donating to charities like Salvation Army or Mission Thrift Store or others that align with your values. Your donations can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. If sold: Do you think these items could bring value to someone else in the marketplace? Consider options like an online auction (we can help with that!) or platforms like Kijiji or Facebook Marketplace. And remember, you don’t have to do this alone. Downsizing can feel overwhelming, but that’s why we’re here! Let us help guide you through the process with ease and expertise. And if you would like more downsizing tips, download our FREE "10 Tips for Downsizing" Guide on our website for more expert advice. #clutterreliefservices #downsizingtips #declutteryourlife #tiptuesday #donatio #giveback #charitysupport

SPONSORS BOOST NOOSA FOUNDATION DONATIONS The Noosa Community Foundation runs with all volunteer labour and aims to donate all funds raised to local charities. But, we do have some overhead costs like software and accounting. Rather than divert donated funds, we aim to cover expenses with generous support from local Sponsors. Generally sponsors are businesses who can claim the sponsorship as a promotional expense. So they stand out for their sponsorship generosity our sponsorships have the following features; .. we only accept one sponsor in each industry so the sponsor "corners the market" for their industry .. we promote our sponsors on our website and in our email and socials so Noosa locals get to see the sponsor supports our community If you know a community-minded business that might sponsor our efforts to improve the life of Noosa locals, please let them know they can help local charities via the foundation Here is what Clare Cartwright, Director at well known Noosa local legal firm Cartwright Lawyers thinks of their sponsorship of the Noosa Foundation. “Cartwrights Lawyers are proud to sponsor the NCF and the work that they do. With our sponsorship monies helping to support the work of the all-volunteer NCF, we are assured that funds generously donated to NCF by members of the public will see their way straight into the hands of donation recipients. Cartwrights Lawyers have a long history of being part of the Noosa community and we envisage that the NCF will be an integral part of the community, now and into the future. We strongly recommend locals and businesses to get behind the NCF.” If you know a local firm that might like to sponsor the Noosa Community Foundation, encourage them to email us at reception@noosa.foundation to discuss how they would like to help. Sponsoring us to cover our overheads means we can pass more donations to local charities to help local Noosa people. Last night I had the pleasure of attending an event that Circa Theatre held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of support from a key sponsor, Shoreline Partners Having spent the last 20 years in the NGO space, I know that sponsorship is tough on both sides of the fence. So, 20 years is a big achievement. Talk about partnerships. I’ve always said that as a charity, if someone wants to give a one-off donation, I would be very grateful. But if you want to make real impact, you need an ongoing commitment because no leader can run a business (commercial or NGO) without some certainty of their budget from year to year. Things I loved about last night: - Brian Steele saying that at Shoreline Partners, they put aside a certain percentage of their income each year for community giving. Imagine if every commercial organisation did that what that would mean to the community sector. And how much of a greater impact they would make for society. - Circa Theatre took the time not just to thank their long term sponsor, but to do it in a public forum and to make an event out of it. I think a risk for the charitable sector is that they forget that all relationships should be two ways. So If someone does something for you, it’s only right if you do something for them. In the case of sponsors and donor, it’s about making them feel valued and appreciated. What great partnerships have you seen between a community group or NGO, and a long-standing sponsor or donor?
