Among the gazillion rounds in which a candidate is scrutinized by the hiring managers, there should be a round dedicated to the candidate. Where on the other side can be existing employees of the organization, and the candidate can ask relevant questions to learn about the work culture and how much they are getting paid. This is what I would call a fair interview process.

Sourav Kumar - an even better way to go about would be to have their ex-employees. Even better if they belong to the same team. They would have no incentive to paint a different picture than what was their truth.
