During COVID, millions of empoyees have been dismissed for the sake of safeguarding shareholders. The very same companies that claimed for years (and claim now again, as if nothing have happened) to be people focused. We feel very perplexed to keep hearing this broken record and wonder what will happen when the next crisis arrive. We, at My Humble House, commit to keep 10% of our net profits in a fund which will be used to support the business, not the share holders, to stay aflot during crisis.
