I just want to say how disappointed on many fronts I am with SWA. I’m a frequent traveler with SWA and now after today and other recent issues, doubting my continued use of SWA. - Flight 5109 from Oak to Den delayed by over two hours, lands at 8:08 - now my connecting flight to Bozeman 4654 leaves at 8:20, so I won’t get home tonight. - went to customer service, lady was nice, but basically GFY, we have nothing, sorry So the soonest I can get back is in the morning….no voucher, no hotel, no nothing, again, GFY is the feeling SWA left me with. Really, really, sucks
