Make sure you know the hot-button things that they don’t like. * Make sure you understand the SEC disclosure rules on perks because very trivial expenses can come back to haunt you. * For Regulation FD, it’s what you say and what you don’t say. With critics crawling out of the woodworks to scapegoat DEI initiatives, I think it is interesting to look at the actual numbers. While yes, the terms are changing and initiatives are rebranding, in a The Conference Board survey of 194 CHROS published last month, there was not a single respondent that indicated that they would be introducing plans to scale back.
