Celebrating Our February Employee of the Month: Alt Webb We are thrilled to highlight Alt Webb as our Employee of the Month for February. Alt's significant contributions to our Creative Department have not only propelled us forward but have also played a pivotal role in our achievement of four prestigious American Advertising Awards this year. Two of these accolades were directly attributed to Alt's dedication and innovative work on our brand guidelines—a testament to their excellence and commitment. Here's a glimpse into the impact Alt has made, through the words of their coworkers: "They have demonstrated accountability AND connectivity by ensuring that they completed their tasks on time and was proactive in preparing to be away for their vacation." "They have been steadily making positive changes to the creative department. And they are constantly learning. They deserve to be recognized." "They deserve recognition for all the hard work and effort put into everything they do. I feel they are very connected to what Starfish represents, and their passion shines through their commitment." "They have worked incredibly hard over the past year to connect our brand message with our branding and holding the creative department accountable." Congrats to Alt Webb. We appreciate everything you do, and your impact here cannot be overstated. #employeeofthemonth #creative #leadership #connectivity #accountability #transparency

We're almost 3 weeks into 2024; how quickly has that time gone?! 😱 But today we acknowledge a very different milestone – specifically, it's been two whole years since the incomparable Luke White joined stickee. 🥳 Luke and his team are primarily responsible for technical updates of new features applied to the comparison side of the business. This can be anything from updated front end features and the integration of new API and updates to security that allows us to make use of new technologies for faster development and site performance. 👨💻👨💻👨💻 Luke also oversaw the technical (coding and database) parts of the new Pets White Label website currently being used by Uswitch. 🐾🐕🐈⬛ And, as it's Awards season, we should mention that Luke was also the recipient of the Above and Beyond Award at our 2023 Recognition and Thanks virtual ceremony – in total, he received three nominations across all four categories! 🏆🏅🥇 Of his time at stickee so far, Luke says: “It’s not only a great place to work, where I have all the tools and opportunity to excel and achieve my maximum potential, but also somewhere where I feel that my team, the management, and the wider company structure genuinely care more about my health and wellbeing than the work I produce on a day-to-day basis." Thanks, Luke, for your kind words! We wish you every success in your continued career with us. ✅🙌💯👏 #employeespotlight #employeeappreciation #employeerecognition #employee

Culture-First Innovator | Director of Impactful Experiences | Shaping the Future of Brand Storytelling
Connection to culture matters more than ever. This means that you if you have a genuine connection to the culture of the people you are aiming to reach. In our case, we know them because we are them. When you’re deeply connected to culture, you can move much faster and more effectively than those who are not. We don’t need to spend six months immersing ourselves in a company to help them reach their goals. We fly in like a hit squad and get quantifiable results ASAP. Large ad agencies are feeling the pain, laying off hundreds while we’re steadily growing. Why? Aside from the fact that Oscar Pena and I are two charming mofongo-eating New Yorkers, we believe this is because of our relentless transparency and effectiveness. Our connection to culture is our superpower. “This is the best campaign we’ve ever had,” said by all of our clients. That means the money they spent on us turned into a hefty ROI for them, and that’s always our #1 goal. As we enter our 25th year of service, Workhouse celebrates 2023; a year that included extraordinary experiential endeavors, scholastic supernovas, hospitality heartbeats, artistic enlightenments, cinematic charms, yogasmic yields, sustainable social equity, culinary classics, and quite surprisingly - auspicious awards including the Netty Lifetime Achievement, MarCom Career Achievement, and the Best in Biz “Marketing Executive of the Year” bestowed upon Founder & CEO Adam Nelson. This photograph taken at the Roxy Cinema’s retrospective celebrating our cherished client & friend Matthew Modine captures all of the magic that work you love brings to bear. Uplifting those who have turned the world, the joy and jubilation; the fun and the folly that jettisons from creative conception, is a gift of grand proportions. In this time of conflict, where love is in short supply, nothing beats making moments and memories come alive. It’s the best part of this kind of business. Thanks eternally to our staff, clients, editors, partners, & friends who continue to believe in the house that work built. For a quarter of a century we have strived to live by Winston Churchill’s immortal words: “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." Here’s to giving gloriously in Twenty Four. 📸 (in height order) Matthew Modine, Isaac Mizrahi, Lynda Carter, Adam Nelson #workhousepr #marketing #branding #publicrelations #pr #publicity #promotion #specialevents #communications
