    This week, Lesley Myers-Lamptey, our Head of Commerce Strategy, spoke at The Future of Media London event. Lesley’s panel discussion, ‘How to Make Customer Data Work Harder’ highlighted how customer data offers insights into products, strategies, and channels, driving better marketing and enhancing engagement across platforms for a competitive edge.    Referencing the need for cohesive strategies, she says “Unlocking the true value of customer data requires a seamless integration of customer insights, content, and commerce.     Strategists vs AI: The Ultimate Showdown   Oliver Egan, our Chief Strategy Officer, recently penned an opinion piece for WARC to accompany their latest Future of Strategy report. In it, he explores how the inability to clearly explain creative processes might offer strategists some insulation from AI.   Addressing the idea that creatives are "safe" from AI due to clients’ challenges in describing their needs, Oli argues that the complexity of the strategic process could offer protection — for now. However, he urges that strategists must adapt to ensure long-term survival in an AI-driven world.    “Maybe AI will automate what can be made an algorithm and augment us to refine and supercharge our heuristics.
