"Lamborghini's Revolt: Turning Ferrari's Insult into Supercar Glory ๐ก๐๏ธ" "A Century of Insights- 100 Business Stories in 100 Days" In the quaint town of Modena, Italy, Ferruccio Lamborghini, a brilliant mechanic, rose from humble beginnings to become a tractor tycoon. Utilizing discarded military vehicle parts, he crafted tractors that garnered immense demand, establishing himself as a formidable force in the industry by 1960. Despite his success in agriculture, Lamborghini harbored a fervent passion for automobiles, boasting a collection that included Maserati, Oscas, and, notably, a Ferrari. However, an encounter with Enzo Ferrari left him seething. Ferrari dismissed Lamborghini's complaint about a faulty Ferrari 250 GT, attributing the issue to the "farmer" behind the wheel rather than the car itself. Incensed by this perceived insult, Lamborghini made a bold vow to surpass Ferrari. Thus, the birth of Automobili Lamborghini marked the genesis of a fierce rivalry. Lamborghini's commitment to creating a superior car, combining cutting-edge design, raw power, and unparalleled visual appeal, has since turned the competition green โ even Ferrari, traditionally draped in red. Turning Weakness into Strength: Lamborghini's saga teaches us the power of transforming a competitor's weakness into a unique strength. In the face of adversity, Lamborghini defied expectations, leveraging an insult to fuel innovation and competition. Customer Relations Wisdom: The story also underscores the importance of treating every customer well. While not every customer may drive away in a Lamborghini, exceptional service can set your brand apart. ๐๐จ #SupercarShowdown #LamborghiniVsFerrari #InnovationInspiration #BusinessStrategy #CustomerFirst #CenturyofInsights ๐

TAKE FEEDBACKS HUMBLY.. The story of Lamborghini's inception is an interesting one that involves a feud between Ferruccio Lamborghini and Enzo Ferrari. Ferruccio Lamborghini was an Italian entrepreneur who initially established himself as a successful tractor manufacturer with his company Lamborghini Trattori. Lamborghini, being a sports car enthusiast, owned several high-performance vehicles, including Ferraris. The legend goes that Lamborghini approached Enzo Ferrari with concerns and suggestions about the clutch in his Ferrari. According to the story, Ferrari dismissed Lamborghini, suggesting that he stick to building tractors and leave sports cars to those who understood them better. This apparent slight motivated Lamborghini to prove Ferrari wrong and enter the sports car business. In 1963, Ferruccio Lamborghini founded Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy. The company's first production car, the Lamborghini 350 GT, was introduced in 1964. Lamborghini quickly gained a reputation for producing high-performance, luxurious sports cars that rivaled Ferrari in terms of speed and style. Long affecting its market share. #ferrari #lamborghini #automotive #industry

Ferrari 12Cilindri revealed with 830hp V12 https://ift.tt/6UdMQnk Ferrariโs new flagship GT car, the 12Cilindri, is the most powerful pure-combustion car it has yet put into series production.ย Revealed on the sidelines of the Miami Grand Prix to commemorate Ferrariโs 70th anniversary in the US, the 12Cilindri โopens a new chapter in Ferrari historyโ, according to the brandโs chief marketing and commercial officer, Enrico Galliera. Taking up the mantle from the 812 Superfast, the 12Cilindri ramps up the power, adopts a bold new styling language and introduces a raft of important new technologies. But, crucially, it sticks with Ferrariโs 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 after the Maranello-based company invested heavily in making its biggest engine compliant with new emissions regulations in order to cater to continued demand. Galliera said: โIt is already compliant to Euro 6e [emission standards], so it is possible to keep selling the car all over the world for the time being and then we will see what happens in the future. The work that has been done on this engine to remain performant and compliant with the regulation is absolutely stunning, which is probably one of the reasons why there are not many manufacturers that keep investing in the V12 engine.โ 12Cilindri design has nods to theย 1968ย Ferrari 365 GTB/4 ย 0-100kph in 2.9sec; a top speed of more than 340kph Interior is similar to Purosangue, though with a 10.25-inch central touchscreen Ferrari has unusually revealed both the hard-top coupรฉ and open-roof Spider variants at the same time, pricing them from Euro 395,000 and Euro 435,000 (about Rs 3.55 crore and Rs 3.90 crore), respectively in Italy. Galliera would not disclose projected sales figures for the new GT flagship โbecause we donโt believe our business is done by numbersโ. The company previously revealed the Purosangue SUV would account for less than 20 percent of its total volume, but Galliera said it only publicised this statistic to show that โwe were not becoming a utility vehicle producerโ. He emphasised that Ferrariโs growth ambitions are not tied to increases in volume for particular model lines,ย but rather will come about by expansion into new segments and an increase in profitability per car sold, suggesting the 12Cilindri will be built in similar volumes to the 812 it replaces. ย Ferrari 12Cilindri design highlights โWe are starting a new era โ a new design philosophy โ with this car,โ said Ferrari chief design officer Flavio Manzoni. He added that the 12Cilindri is โa clear departure from the line of the previous generations, especially the 812 Competizione, which was very sculptural, muscular, technical and so onโ. Here, he said, the aim was to โcreate a cohesive whole, integrating all the technical devices and aerodynamic needs into a clear visionโ. It is a clear evolution of the 812 insofar as it has a low, probing bonnet, muscular haunches and a cab-rear silhouette โ all features that nod to it...

We all love the story of Lamborghini's birth, sparked by a fiery argument with Enzo Ferrari. But the real drama began before and after this legendary spat, paving the way for a slew of iconic brands and cementing Italy's reputation as the ultimate automotive maestro. ๐Alfa Romeo: The granddaddy of Italian racing, has been a trailblazer since 1910. Its racing pedigree and innovative spirit laid the groundwork for some epic stories. ๐ Ferrari: Enter Enzo Ferrari, who started his illustrious career at Alfa Romeo before founding Ferrari in 1947. Disagreements over racing strategies and creative control led Enzo to part ways and establish Ferrari. ๐ Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.: Now, here's a twist โ Ferruccio Lamborghini was initially a tractor manufacturer. Legend has it, after a heated argument with Enzo Ferrari over a faulty clutch, Ferruccio decided to create his own supercars in 1963. Lamborghiniโs raging bull has been locking horns with Ferrari ever since, creating a rivalry for the ages. Ferruccio wanted to prove that he could build a better car, and oh, did he succeed! ๐ Pagani Automobili: And then thereโs Pagani โ the artisan of the automotive world. Horacio Pagani, a former Lamborghini engineer, was frustrated by Lamborghini's reluctance to adopt advanced materials like carbon fiber. This drove him to found Pagani Automobili in 1992. These brands are not just names, they're a testament to Italian ingenuity, passion, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. From fiery rivalries to groundbreaking designs, their intertwined histories continue to fuel our love for cars. ๐๐จ #AutomotiveHistory #AlfaRomeo #Ferrari #Lamborghini #Pagani #CarEnthusiast #Innovation #EngineeringExcellence Image: Rev and Rolling
