Early intervention and support in mental well-being is vital for individuals of all ages. Drawing and Talking allows individuals to discover and process emotions through a non-directed technique, setting it apart from existing solution-focused and cognitive-based therapies and interventions. Drawing and Talking works with an adult's inner world, rather than their conscious, cognitive mind. If you work with older adults we would love you to come and meet us on our next introductory webinar. Join us on Tuesday June 18th at 7.30pm to learn more about how you can introduce Drawing and Talking into your setting. I need ya help. Schools for mental health do not exist. From an early age, we’re expected to be able to navigate life’s inevitable challenges without the proper skills to do so. We’re on a mission to change that. We're scoping out spaces for our first Self Space "School" (working title), a space for learning and unlearning. A compassionate curriculum for the curious and respite for the frazzled. Your home for all things mental maintenance. Whether you're seeking personal growth, professional development, or community connection, we’ve got you. Like a gym for your mind, our space will offer a dynamic timetable of daily workshops, inspiring talks, engaging panels, interactive Q&As, short courses, team off-sites, children and young people sessions, systemic family therapy and more. — So, if you were to attend a workshop, talk or group therapy program, what themes would you want us to cover? A workshop on 'Getting Your Shit Together'? A talk on Psychosexual Therapy? Group therapy for eating disorders? Let me know your thoughts... #mentalhealth #therapy #startup

Our team is highly trained to support people with a wide range of neurodiversity and behavioral differences—some of us are also neurodiverse ourselves! We’re here to help you stay on track and free up space in your mind and your life, making space for abundance and opportunity along the way.
