Mainly, Beyond Dubai’s strong maritime and aviation logistics, and its well-established but limited industries like beach tourism and real estate as a safe investment, the city is exploring new avenues. Dubai is keen on developing sectors related to frequent, albeit temporary, visits for modern “Bazaars/Fairs,” or “Logistics Hubs,” as noted in the Foodstuff article. There is also ambition for the largest used car market. Especially, I would like to suggest to Dubai’s leaders that there’s another high-potential industry: the exhibition sector. This initiative supports Dubai's strategic goals to boost investment and economic opportunities, aligning with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
