Hello to you all my amazing LinkedIn family "Today, I want to talk about a lifesaving technique that everyone should know: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). I was also opportune to partake in this amazing training exercise and here is what I have to impact greatly to the public. CPR is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to save someone's life when their heart stops beating or is not breathing or when there is no pulse. It's an essential skill that can make all the difference in a medical emergency. Here are some key points to know about CPR: - CPR should only be performed on someone who is unresponsive and not breathing. - Call emergency services or have someone else call while you begin CPR. - Chest compressions should be at least 2 inches deep and at a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute. - Give rescue breaths at a rate of one breath every five seconds. Let's all take the time to learn CPR and be prepared to save a life in an emergency! #CPR #Lifesaving #EmergencyPreparedness #FirstAid"
