CLO equity (collateralized loan obligations) looks attractive in the current market environment, especially with strong cash-on-cash or coupon distribution. "The strong cash flows, combined with high NAV, for cleaner deals, makes CLO equity attractive," Chandrajit Chakraborty, Chief #Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Pearl Diver Capital, told Structured Credit Investor. "Even after factoring potential spread compression and ensuing higher level of loan prepayments and spread tightening, the arbitrage for CLO Equity is quite compelling.
