I am recommending an older podcast. If modern art is too much for you and you want answers; try “A Piece of Work”, by Abbi Jacobson. It is limited series of 9 episodes. Great interviews with guests talking about different times and work from modern artists. Some great insights on AI from 2 of the leading voices in motion design here. 👇
Podcast conversation with Erin Sarofsky and me over at LBB.... One of the things I love about the creative industry especially lately, is how collaborative and open it is. Erin who leads Sarofsky is the epitome of this type of generosity. Talking about and sharing ideas with other creative companies is one of the benefits of what we do. We don't always have to agree, but it's fun to talk through where this is all heading. Graphic design was born out of technology innovation, through movable type. We're now seeing a new movement and deciding how we engage with this technology paradigm shift. Change is exciting and terrifying in equal measure, but having come from designing stuff for the music industry I know we can't ignore it. Even if it means creating a new sense of "Digital Luxury" and value in the creative human touch. Full podcast link in comments

Mitch shared the journey of adapting from traditional photo labs to digital scanning, fueled by technological shifts and public events. He highlighted the emotional impact of rediscovering and sharing old photos, especially through their ScanFast service for those with a time crunch.
