Going beyond old notions of "#work-#life #balance" There’s an old misconception that “work–life balance” means spending equal amounts of time on work and non-work life (like balancing out two sides of a measuring scale), but that’s not true. A good work-life balance for women involves prioritizing well-being, setting boundaries and embracing flexibility. It's about recognizing that personal and professional success coexist harmoniously, allowing women to thrive in their careers while nurturing a fulfilling and meaningful life beyond the workplace.

Being independent brings such a joy, it makes you fly financially. The responsibilities of being a Mother to my two beautiful kids is the strength that gives me the force to move forward and complete the tasks on dot in the organization as well as home.
