In the Amazong basin we are producing dried pulp of cupuassu...smal local chocolatiers are using it as cocoa substitute in the production of artisan chocolates. Simply delicious! If flavored with natural flavors...it can substitute the traditional cocoa. We need investors and technology to adapt.
