The facts: Petting a dog can lower your blood pressure, and humans who walk their dogs regularly face 1/3 the risk of diabetes compared to those who don’t own a dog. But what if you don't have a dog? Here are some great ways to enjoy the health benefits of spending time with dogs: Volunteer at a Dog Rescue: Spend time with adorable pups and help them find forever homes. Spend Time with a Neighbor's Dog: Offer to take a neighbor's dog for a walk or play with them in the yard. Pet Sitting: Take care of dogs while their owners are away, and enjoy the companionship. Dog Walking: Turn your love for dogs into a fun side job by becoming a dog walker. Foster a Dog: Temporarily provide a loving home for a dog in need. No matter how you choose to spend time with dogs, your heart (and theirs) will thank you! 🐾💕 #HeartHealth #DogLovers #PetBenefits #HealthyLifestyle #Volunteer #DogWalking #PetSitting #FosterDogs
