4moAs a communications professional, I wholeheartedly disagree with the notion that PR is exclusively a "woman's world" or that certain skills are inherently gifted to women. While empathy, persuasion, and discipline are undoubtedly valuable traits in our field, they are not gender-specific. These skills are cultivated through learning, practice, and experience, regardless of gender. It's important to recognize and appreciate the diverse talents and contributions of both men and women in communications. Men also possess the ability to be empathetic, convincing, tactful, disciplined, and hard-working. To suggest otherwise is not only unfair but undermines the efforts of many dedicated professionals in our industry.
