Thank you for getting coffee with me. I have a few questions for you. Great. Thanks for having me. What have been some personal or mindset challenges you had to overcome to get to where you got to today? There's this saying it goes something like what got you here won't get you there. A lot of times what gets you success early in your career won't help get you to the next level. So when you're young it's all about analytical prowess, hustle, being super detail oriented and then when you get older it's more about leadership and influence and coaching and so your. Skill set has to keep evolving if you're going to keep advancing. So that would be one, one example of a mindset shift that I think everybody's going to have to go through in their career. For those who may have experienced a step back or disappointment at work, what advice can you give them to kind of bounce back from that? I don't remember who said this, but somebody made a really clever analogy, which is something like how many times should we allow a baby to try to walk before we just cut them off and say, yeah, you've had enough attempts, you're done, you're done and somewhere along the way we. Lose that instinct of just trying again and again and again until we succeed. And so I would say no one accomplished anything in this world who hasn't failed a lot. And that's just the way it works. You know, failure teaches you a lot. There's two guys who founded our firm, Henry Kravis and George Roberts, and what they tell young people who tend to be perfectionists, like when I was a young investor, If every investment that you make works out, you haven't taken enough risk. So if you're not failing, like you're not taking enough risk in your life, you don't need to be an investor to have. Mindset. You're just not trying enough new things. You're not pushing yourself, you're not stepping outside of your comfort zone. And life just shouldn't be that easy. I like that. Take more with O. Another question for you. You've been at your job for nearly 20 years. What do you love most about what you do? I love the people I work with. So we have a very unusual culture, particularly for the investment world. So it's uniquely collaborative. We all help one another. The way people are evaluated is based. In a significant part, how you're helping the rest of the firm, not just like what you yourself are doing. That's one. And then two, what gets me excited is impact and the ability to have impact at scale. And we are responsible for almost 1,000,000 employees across all the companies we own. Wow. And so if you think about whether it's carbon reduction or employee engagement or helping workers build wealth, the skill which we operate provides enormous opportunity for impact and that gets me really excited. Can't say. The last thing is I love working with CEOs who are passionate about what they do. And the best CEOs bring a real values first orientation to their job so they don't come at their job as CEO is as like if I just you know hammer these metrics, we're going to make a lot of money. They come at it as if I can find ways to lift up the most junior people in our organization. We're going to do great things and I I find that really inspiring and I've been fortunate to see a bunch of leaders like that. Yeah, that's really inspiring. Well, I I like the idea that it starts with the people of all parts of the organization to make it as great as they can be. Thank you so much for your time. Thank you.
