Recently, we invited employees at the Lexington office to attend the latest event in our ongoing "Lunch & Learn" series hosted by our Emerging Leaders group. The session shed light on the important work of the Tempur Sealy Foundation. Megan Moore, who works closely with the Foundation, shared insights on the diverse projects they support and bring to life. A testament to our dedication to social responsibility, the Tempur Sealy Foundation was established in 2017 with a mission to better the lives of children and families across Kentucky and the nation. Making a substantial impact, the Foundation has donated more than $4 million to various projects and charitable initiatives since its inception. At the heart of our organization is a commitment to improving the health and wellness of our communities.
