An amazing herby and delicious Turkish eggs by @stylemyplate using Procal Dairies Authentic Greek Yoghurt! You will need: Herby Turkish Eggs 🍳 You will need: 200g Procal Authentic Greek yoghurt, at room temperature 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tsp shredded mint leaves 3 tsp chopped dill 1 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes 30g unsalted butter 15ml extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp chilli flakes 1/4 tsp ground chilli powder 2 large eggs 1 tsp lemon zest Recipe from @stylemyplate: Fill a saucepan with water, on which a heatproof bowl can sit comfortably without touching the water. Bring to the boil. Stir the yoghurt, garlic and salt together, then sit it on top of this pan, making sure the base of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir it until it gets to body temperature and has the consistency of lightly whipped double cream. Remove from the heat and stir in 2 tsp of both mint and dill. Melt the butter gently in a small saucepan until it is just beginning to turn a hazelnutty brown and smells nutty. Turn off the heat, then stir in the olive oil, chilli flakes and powder. Set aside whilst you poach the eggs. Spoon the herby garicky yogurt in a shallow bowl, sprinkle with lemon zest, top with a poached eggs, drizzle with chilli butter and then scatter the remaining chopped herbs on top. Makes 4 servings Each serving provides: 3 green 3 condiments 1 ½ healthy fats Ingredients: 2 cups mushrooms 2 cups cauliflower 2 cups tomatoes 6 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon parsley Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. 2. In a bowl add all the mushrooms and veggies. Drizzle with olive oil then add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and toss until well combined. 3. Dump the veggies to a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown and cauliflower is fork tender. 4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Recipe Notes If you do not have Italian seasoning you can use equal amounts of basil, oregano, rosemary, and thyme.

It’s everyone’s favourite time of the year and the festive spirit is getting us into our December lifestyle 🤪 Our #GrainFieldChickens one-pot chicken and vegetable pasta is the perfect dish to feed the whole family when they pop around for the #TasteofGFC You will need: * 8 x Grain Field Chickens skinless chicken breasts, grilled and shredded * 450g penne pasta * 1 onion, finely chopped * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 bell pepper, diced * 1 zucchini, diced or sliced * 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained * 1 cup frozen peas * 4 cups chicken broth * 1 tsp dried Italian herbs * Salt and black pepper to taste * Optional: Asparagus Method: 1. In a large pot or deep skillet, combine the pasta, shredded GFC chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, diced zucchini, diced tomatoes (with their juice), frozen peas, and dried Italian herbs. 2. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients in the pot. Make sure the liquid covers the pasta and other ingredients. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer. 4. Simmer for about 12-15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked, and the vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 5. Season the one-pot dish with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed. 6. Once the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from the heat. Serve your one-pot chicken and vegetable Pasta hot.
