Let's talk about the real challenges of managing resources, especially in the early stages of building Lovely Night Entertainment. Back in my college days, I witnessed my old boss and other DJ companies overextend themselves, leading to occasional service lapses for their clients. Learning from that, when I founded my company, I made a vow to never find myself in that situation. One key strategy we adopted to avoid resource crunch is a deliberate cap on the number of events we take on each day—just three. This intentional limit ensures that our clients receive the attention and service they deserve. It's not about quantity; it's about quality. Moreover, we've implemented a standby DJ system. By having DJs ready to step in if needed, we ensure that no client is left without the service they paid for. It's our way of being prepared for any unforeseen circumstances that might arise. Another essential aspect is our commitment to backup equipment. Every DJ on our team carries two of everything, from laptops to speakers. Even with top-of-the-line gear, we recognize that things can go wrong, and having these redundancies ensures that we're never caught in a resource crunch.
