As Jean-Christophe (J-C) Le Toquin said in this keynote, this launch is nothing less than the birth of the Trust & Safety movement in India, a leading country of the majority world. We look at the ACTS to tell the reality that people see in India, the reality of the digital life that people experience, families, business people, politicians or celebrities. India is a major contributor to the safety of our digital lives throughout the world, through its industry, its software engineers, and of course its Trust & Safety workforce. For Trust & Safety to succeed globally as a discipline, our community needs to be in dialogue, across countries, across regions and across industries. We will not succeed without hearing from India and the majority world.

Don’t mess with empowered Ewoks! In a recent session on the forest moon of Endor, Princess Leia Organa demonstrated exemplary leadership that we can all learn from. Faced with the daunting task of dismantling the Empire's shield generator, Leia not only strategized the attack but also fostered unity among diverse groups: the Rebel Alliance and the native Ewoks. Here’s what we can take away from Leia's leadership: 1. Empower Others Leia recognized the unique strengths of the Ewoks and empowered them to play a crucial role, highlighting the importance of leveraging local knowledge and skills. Even these small furry creatures can be empowered to play an important role in inter-galactic matters. No matter how small, you can make a difference! 2. Adaptability In the ever-changing dynamics of intergalactic conflict, her ability to adapt strategies in real-time was nothing short of masterful. Plan, Act, Adapt, Re-strategize, Repeat. 3.
