We live in a world, in a sad crisis. something must be done. so what can we learn from History? Proffesor Albert Einstein (militant pacifist, and jew) before the Atombomb was ever invented: - a Small amount of mass can be converted to a very large amount of energy. And so every superpower learned the science against Einsteins will... But Professor A. Einstein also once said: - Lets hope the current crisis, make the world a better place. And so they way out of this crisis is only the way of Diplomacy. And the way to do it is focus more on values we can make in Space. We, our world, the climate, and out generations cant afford another World War. We need manned Space Programs, fast. And more cooperations in Space. Retired CBRN SGT. Servant Leader & Executive | Transforming Public Sector & Healthcare | Strategic Coach, Mentor, & Board Advisor | Navy Veteran ⚓️
The Partnership for Public Service has released its "Best Places to Work 2023" top 10 rankings. Interesting that the Department of Defense dropped out of the top 10, and Department of Army is in. Not surprising to see the Army in the mix given the deliberate efforts to improve the experience that is underway there. Great to see VA in the top 5 and improvement from last year. Many agencies have moved the needle which is wonderful to see. Not surprising to see NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration at the top, although based on last year’s scores — there is opportunity for improvement there as well. The full report will be released by Partnership for Public Service next week. The challenge that leaders have is the “now what” - we have these scores, but now what do we do… This is where operationalizing employee experience is the special sauce to make it actionable. #BestPlacesToWork #WorkplaceExcellence #PublicService #Culture #EmployeeExperience #Operationalizing #Government

Follow for Insights in Aerospace & Defense Technologies 🔹 Aerospace, Defense, and VC Advisor 🔹 Futurist 🔹 Integrity Matters
America’s defense budget is shaping up to be $833Bn, if US Congress doesn’t get bogged down with continuing resolutions, which looks increasingly likely they will. China picks up its activities in Africa and in the Arctic, demonstrating clear intent to challenge the west globally. Turkish clowns attack US Marines in the coastal city of Izmir. NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration plans to bring Starliner back to Earth, without its crew—because it probably won’t make it back in one piece. Every time I think I’ll get through a week without talking about Boeing, I’m proven wrong. It reminds me of Alex Wilhelm’s feelings about always mentioning Elon Musk’s controversies around TwiXter. The US, EU, and UK sign the first-ever AI treaty. And, #FounderMode is the buzz word of the week. Strap in and explore these and more of this week’s issues surrounding aerospace and defense technology. 🔗: https://lnkd.in/evZdPmuP #defensetechnology #greatpowercompetition #defense

🚀 Insights into Leadership and Management: Lessons from Thomas Zurbuchen 🌌 In a recently published interview, Thomas Zurbuchen, former NASA research director and current director of the Space Center at ETH Zurich, shares valuable insights from his impressive career. Zurbuchen emphasizes the importance of teamwork in challenging projects. He emphasizes that no one person can accomplish such tasks alone. Success lies in building and motivating strong teams with clearly defined goals and diversity to drive productivity and innovation. His leadership philosophy is based on open communication. Zurbuchen encourages an environment where doubt and different perspectives are welcomed and ideas are critically challenged before they are implemented. He sees the ability to say "no" as a key to effective leadership. Zurbuchen's views on courage and risk-taking are particularly inspiring. He urges people to seize opportunities and be active agents of positive change. His career is a shining example for how one can be successful in both science and management through teamwork, open communication and a continuous striving for a better world. These insights are particularly relevant for us as we specialize in culture transformation, leadership, and corporate mental health. Let us see how we can integrate Zurbuchen's lessons into our work to strengthen our teams and create a better future together. #leadership #teamwork #innovation #NASA #ThomasZurbuchen #astronautics #management #communication 👉 https://lnkd.in/d6G5UsBE
