Volunteers are truly the backbone of our church and/or charity. What ways can we thank them? --> Sometimes, it can be challenging to know how exactly to give gifts to our volunteers and what implications these gifts might have. #DonorReporting 💡 I love this idea from IVAR on focusing your reporting on what the donor´s most interested in / passionate about around your charity´s work and their #grant to you. And, hey, another great excuse to talk to your donors and understand what makes them tick: "Ask the funder to provide a short explanation of why they have made the grant. Hearing their reasons or the aspects of your work they are most interested in can help focus your reporting."
