I also keep in mind and heart those tens of thousands of innocent people who have been killed and the hundreds of thousands at risk of being killed. I keep in mind and heart all who are standing up (and sitting down) for humanity and the potential for our collective, collaborative survival. Attached, please find a practice to remain committed to justice while refraining from causing harm. Be mindful to mitigate trauma -- yours and others. Be wise in knowing when your peaceful collective presence gets distorted into mobbery.

One of over 20,000 Palestinian children, including OVER 1,000 BABIES, murdered by the weapons WE keep giving Israel. MANY of whom have actually been beheaded. And now we even have U.S. troops there to make sure that no one interferes with Israel’s genocide and ethnic cleansing. OUR corrupt leaders have made US complicit in one of the most inhumane crimes in history. We are now the world’s top baby killers. And those that say this nightmare started on October 7th, seem to believe that Palestinian lives don't count, because more Palestinian children were killed by Israelis during the 9 months before October 7th (43 children), than Israeli children killed on that day (38 children, who I also cried for). In total, between 2000 and October 6th 2023, Israeli soldiers and settlers killed 2,289 Palestinian children, including 229 BABIES (all names & details are on BTselem.org). That’s OVER 60 TIMES as many Palestinian children killed BEFORE OCTOBER 7th, and OVER 500 TIMES as many Palestinian children killed after. Doesn’t the disproportionate condemnation from OUR government feel like RACISM to you? I’m in shock that the Democratic party leadership, who are supposed to stand for equal rights and justice, continues to enable Israel’s genocide, ethnic cleansing, & racist apartheid.
