Investing in future leaders is crucial for The Hartford’s sustained success. Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting our talented summer interns – more than 170 deployed across the country, from 10 high schools, 76 universities and pursuing degrees in 48 fields from data science and finance to sociology. Their summers are filled with meaningful work in nearly every business line and functional area within our company. They bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and diverse backgrounds to our workplace. I was grateful for the opportunity to spend time with these future leaders and thank them personally for their contributions to The Hartford’s broader growth strategy and sustainable future.
