The documentary series “The End of Affirmative Action” produced by Soledad O'Brien Productions and The Hechinger Report recently received an award from the Education Writers Association, one of the most coveted awards in the educational media space. The report examines the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling striking down race-based affirmative action in college admissions and what the decision means for the next generation of students.
