I empower leaders and field sales teams to hit sales targets monthly by boosting mental toughness and providing essential tactical sales skills | LinkedIn Top Sales Voice | Mindset & Skill Set Sales Trainer
It takes a lifetime to learn everything you can in sales. And you cannot grow beyond your level of personal development. And I think that in sales, you will not meet a successful person that can't point out one or two people that helped them get to where they are. Sales is an ever-evolving domain, and it's practically impossible to learn everything all at once. Mentorship is a crucial aspect of achieving success in sales. It is an infinite loop of feedback exchange. And this cycle allows professional salespeople not only contribute to the development of others but also to enhance their sales career. Because as mentors, you continuously learn and grow alongside those you support. When you make up your mind to go from your sales job to your sales career, that is when your whole next level of what you can be and your full potential is unlocked" - Bryan Charleau While chatting with Bryan Charleau on the Transformed Sales podcast we dived into how salespeople can use mentorship to unlock their full potential in sales. Bryan the Founder of Pitching Sales Consulting. He is a seasoned sales professional with over ten years of experience in the sales industry, ranging from software to construction. Bryan's first book, Pitching Sales, is filled with important and often overlooked information that can help to prepare you for the beginning stages of your career and to guide you throughout your sales career. His goal is to help new and young sales professionals thrive in sales. He will share methods to accelerate your sales success, enhance the highs, ease the lows, and show that you don't have to navigate the world of sales alone especially when you're starting out. Don't miss out on these valuable insights. Link to the full episode in the comments. #podcast #salessuccess #salesmindset #salestips #salesmentorship #transformedsales

Sales Trainer | Author | Coach | Working with engineering and manufacturing teams | Selling has changed – have you?
Some people with argue with what's said on this podcast I know they will Probably without listening to it They will have strong opinions about what's 'right' in selling That 'this is the way' And that's good Good that they are so passionate about what they doing Good they have a way that's working for them Good that they want to share If they've discovered something that's knocking it out the park... I want to know about it! (Get yourself booked on as a guest) But in the meantime and in an ever confusing world I'd say that helping people make sense of things is where we can do our best work That's 'impact' ------------------------------------------------------- 'Why 'discovery' has most impact on sales success' Do you ever wonder why some sales teams consistently outperform others? The secret might just lie in the art of the discovery conversation. I had the pleasure of hosting Kevin Beales, founder of MySalesCoach, who brought his wealth of experience to the table, dissecting the anatomy of sales interactions that make or break deals. Kevin shares his journey and the innovative solution to the age-old problem of finding time for coaching sales teams. It's like having a personal trainer for your sales muscles, honing them to peak performance through expert analysis and guidance. Listen in as we navigate the often-neglected middle ground of sales performers—the consistent quota hitters who don't usually grab the coaching spotlight. Kevin discusses the strategy behind discovery calls, the kind where the right questions can unveil the full extent of a prospect's pain points. We uncovered the magic of revisiting previous discussions with prospects, a technique that not only signals genuine interest but can also unlock fresh solutions to their problems. We also tackled the delicate dance of asking the hard questions, especially with clientele who may not be accustomed to such directness. Does pushing for deeper insights risk the likeability factor? Perhaps. But as we discussed, building trust is the golden ticket, with data supporting that the best in the business prioritise solving problems over winning popularity contests. Are you ready to transform your sales game? Join us for an episode that's more than just talk #sales #salescoaching #discoverycall

Revenue Enablement | Forrester Wave Leader for Sales Readiness & Sales Content | Host of The Bang On Sales Show 🎙️
My VP Sales Richard Smith just called me out big time in our 121 🤦♂️ It went something like this: "When we hired you, you looked like someone who is really active on social, runs a podcast (The Bang On Sales Show), and would be able to generate a steady flow of leads through LinkedIn... ...your last post was 3 months ago...and it's just a selfie of you at an event..." Can't really argue with that! The value of being active on here is undeniable, BUT between the corporate drivel, self-congratulatory nonsense, and everyone being "thrilled to announce" something, I had a serious case of LinkedIn burnout. So consider this my "I'm back baby!" post 😎 2 things we can all learn from this: 1/ Every single person on here has something to share, including YOU. People like Henry Clayton and Sarah Dick often post about their day-to-day personal experiences in sales. Real-world stuff, not fluff. We don't all need to be a high falutin "thought leaders" to bring a TON of value to the table. 2/ Be coachable. In fact, being called out like this isn't even coaching - it's just open, honest feedback. So be open to feedback. Often the more it makes you cringe, the more you need to hear it. So cmon people, show this post some love to keep the boss man happy! 🙏 #sales
